Unchained Financial is a marketing service provider. We create, run and manage advertising campaigns designed to generate leads for licensed insurance agents, and we provide CRM and follow-up tools to help agents manage those leads.
Ads run on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and are subject to Meta's policies and review. Meta may limit, reject or pause ads at its discretion. Ad delivery and cost per lead are set by Meta's auction and can change.
Non-refundable. Account setup, ad creation and campaign build begin as soon as payment is received.
Billed monthly in advance and non-refundable once billed. Cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice by email to [email protected]. Service and billing continue through the end of the 30-day notice period, after which no further management fees are charged.
Ad spend is paid weekly in advance and placed with Meta for your campaign as soon as it is received, so it is non-refundable once paid. If you cancel, your campaign keeps running through the end of the week you've already paid for and you receive those leads. No further weekly ad spend is charged after that week.
Refunds are not given based on lead volume, lead quality, appointments or sales results.

Unchained Financial collects the contact and business information you give us (such as name, email, phone, licensed states and payment details) to provide our services, process payments and communicate with you. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we don't store full card numbers. Lead information generated by your campaigns is delivered to your CRM account and used only to provide the service to you. We don't sell your personal information. To ask about, update or delete your information, email [email protected].
By purchasing our services you agree to the service terms and the refund and cancellation policy on this page, along with the signed service agreement, which controls if there is any conflict. Services are provided to licensed insurance professionals in the United States. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to current clients. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
